Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done.
Believe in yourself & anything is possible.
Silence is better than unnecessary drama.
Good things take time.
All we have is now.
Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy.
If your dreams don't scare you, they are too small.
Success is not an activity, but a process.
Making mistakes is better than faking perfection.
The best way you get started is to quit talking and begin doing.
You know what I read motivational quotes similar to the one above or when I do a retrospective on course deviation or when I hear someone who has achieved great things or when I dream for big, I'll be getting energy like the water gushing out of a dam which was just opened. With kind that energy I'll start to dig things that come in front of me Wait! Wait! Wait! don't jump to a conclusion that I'm a highly self-motivated person by nature😜. There is also another side of me, I'll take few steps forward maybe a little more, and enjoy the kick with a new set of goals, unfortunately after that kick I tend to lose my concentration and restart the cycle from the first.
With the above introduction, I know you would have captured what I'm going to speak/capture as part of this blog. If you have felt that I'm not clear then for you folks let me explicitly let you know that I'm gonna write about Motivation.
The following are my perspective w.r.t motivation:
- It is better to stop when you're no more motivated in doing a certain thing/work.
- A piece of advice from the right person can be a motivational aspect.
- Not all advice helps us to motivate.
- A Motivation can be
- Intrinsic
- Extrinsic
- Motivation is always from inner-self
- Something that's not from inner-self, is just a facilitator to stay on the course.
- Always hope for the best and move march forward as much as possible.
- Don't set high expectations.
- Let it go if it's not controllable.
- Develop resilience.
- Consider every new step as learning and never regret it.
- Stay +ve.
- Don't blame destiny, it's the desire.
