  Let me start with a flashback, will rewind to 22 years back, A day before my 10th public exams results (as I promised, in my first blog I'm covering this incident here). Of course, it was the summer holiday and I have completed my class 10th public exams, what would I be doing? I was playing in the streets in the evening and I was also learning the business from my grad father during mornings and after lunch also, roam in my chariot ( TVS 50) . My day came home from the shop more than usual, I had no clues why he is stepping out of the shop when there is a customer. In by evening I noticed the same behavior he stepped in-home and on curious I followed him to see why he is at home. He rushed and I happen to notice that he had a loose motion that day. Actually, today I'm not prepared to reflect on my learning about the last lecture session of MOB. But, I'm writing this today? its because of a small event/incident that unfurled at the tail end of the day. One of my reportee was posting the weekly update in a call with the client, my intuition said to me that the client is not getting the concept that he is trying to explain, if I interrupt him, then I'm sure his flow would be broken so I passed on a message asking him to do a demo, by that means she will get the crux right. She agreed to the demo but due to lack of time, she asked for the demo after an hour or so.  Why would I need to tell all these stories? and what is so fascinating about this story and why I wanted it to reflect on my learning now?  After an hour and 30 minutes, he posted me saying the client was really happy with what he was doing.
